As a seasoned business professional with almost 20 years of recruiting experience and HR consulting Heidi is dedicated to her clients success. Heidi works with small start ups to publicly traded companies. She is well versed in the nuances of hiring professionals and the value in making the right hire the first time. She understands the importance of being proactive and ensuring HR governance is set up properly for the business at different stages of growth to support the next phase and make the transition as smooth as possible. Heidi has always had a passion for entrepreneurship and appreciates the commitment that goes into starting a business. As an entrepreneur herself she understands the drive and the need for balance between work and family. In her spare time she enjoys time at the cottage with family and walks in the forest.
