A founding member of the North Forge FabLab, Adam holds an MBA from the University of Manitoba with a double major in Leadership & Innovation as well as a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology.

Adam has had a lifelong passion for aerospace, manufacturing and entrepreneurship. Holding various roles in aerospace, starting from tool design to now global program management, Adam as become highly effective in managing and motivating global cross-functional teams through complex and demanding projects. He takes pride in his ability to network and connect people.

Adam’s has utilized his knowledge and passion for manufacturing to assist entrepreneurs with the design-to-cost approach, ensuring prototypes meet the needs while remaining financially feasible. Adam currently operates a side business, focused around applying modern manufacturing methods to old engineering challenges
