WINNIPEG, MB – Chief Executive Officer, Joelle Foster and the current board of directors, Chris Johnson, Kerry Stevenson, Melanie McKague, Digvir Jayas, Stuart Henrickson, Kirk Johnson, and Jerin Valel are excited to welcome four new dynamic members to its board. Diane Roussin, Priti Mehta-Shah, Natalie Bell, and Stefan Maynard will be joining the team of innovation leaders at North Forge Technology Exchange. 

“We count ourselves most fortunate to have their experience and background joining our team to help shape the next major steps forward for our growing organization.” said Chris Johnson, Board Chair of North Forge. “Together, we will support outstanding companies and the founding teams behind them building the next generation of companies to lead the Manitoba economy.” 

Each new addition to the board will be combining expertise in their respective fields with their years of on-the-ground experience in entrepreneurship and innovation to bring new and fresh perspectives to the North Forge community.

Priti Mehta-Shah, FCPA,FCA,CBV, CF, ICD.D, Partner at 49-97 Capital Partners

Priti is a leading transaction advisor who has provided valuable guidance to clients in Canada, and around the world, over the past 30 years. Priti’s expertise includes assisting clients in the sale of their businesses, assessing capital structures, and placing debt and equity financing. 

Natalie Bell, CEO and Founder, PegCityLovely

An experienced HR professional for almost 20 years, Natalie has always been passionate about people, and their stories. Her ultimate purpose in life is to make meaningful connections with people while encouraging them to share their true selves. 

Stefan Maynard, Co-founder, Bold Commerce 

With almost 20 years of UI/UX, web, and brand design experience, Stefan has helped Bold expand from its four Founders working in their basements to a team of over 350 employees, servicing clients around the globe. Stefan’s previous experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, and branding, will help in revolutionizing Manitoba’s image into one of the largest innovation hubs for tech in North America.
